Gladiators loan Aussie keeper

Matlock Town are delighted to announce the signing of 20-year-old Australian goalkeeper Ashton Rinaldo from Chesterfield on an initial one-month loan deal.

The 6ft 4in stopper began his career with Adelaide United before joining the Spireites in 2023, making his first team debut in the EFL Trophy against Manchester City, saving a decisive spot-kick as Chesterfield won on penalties.
