Gladiators stand with Ukraine | Tuesday 8th March

Matlock Town FC is pleased to announce that following discussions our upcoming home fixture against Ashton United on Tuesday 8th March (7:45pm kick off) will see the Gladiators and their fans raise money for those suffering in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

We will be donating 25% of our match day income to the British Red Cross DEC Ukraine appeal (Https://donate.redcross.org.uk/appeal/ukraine-crisis-appeal) and will be giving our supporters a chance at the game to donate further if they wish to.

Chairman Bryn Apperley said the following "We have all seen the horrific images on the television that the people of Ukraine are facing on a daily basis and as a community, we want to do our bit and stand with the people of Ukranie in their hour of need."
