Gladiators to take on Spireites in pre-season friendly favourite

Matlock Town can confirm that we are set to be visited by Chesterifled FC for a pre-season friendly on Saturday 16th July with a 3 pm kick-off.
We have a fantastic relationship with the Spireites who like us came close to gaining promotion only to fall in the play-offs but we are sure once more they will be a large number of people's favourites to return to league football.
1,614 fans attended last season's annual tie and we hope once more to see fantastic backing from supporters of both teams on what promises to be an entertaining matchday.
Admission to the match will be by payment at the turnstiles and the charges are as follows:
- Adults - £10, Concessions (65 and over) - £6.50, Students (with card) £5, Children 16 -11 - £3, and Children 10 and under are free.
