Gladiators Vs Rams set to be all ticket game

The prestige Matlock Town versus Derby County fixture on Saturday 8 July will now be all ticket.

Matlock took the decision when on Monday they had sold over 1500 tickets for the tie. There will be no admission by paying on the turnstiles on the day.

Gladiators Chairman Jay Beaumont is delighted with the response from Matlock and Derby supporters plus residents in the Derbyshire Dales area.

“To have sold 1500 tickets in basically three days is terrific and we can’t wait for the big day to come around. We’ll give a big warm Matlock welcome to Derby fans and to anyone who is visiting the Proctor Cars Stadium for the first time. If they like what they see, we hope they’ll come back again.”

Tickets can also be bought over the counter at the Matlock Town Club Shop on Tuesday 9am to 1 pm, Wednesday 9am to 11 am and Thursday 9 am to 1 pm.
