Vastly experienced Saul joined Matlock from Ilkeston Town in January 2023. He has Football League experience at Notts County, Hull City, Burton Albion and Derby County. Probably his finest game was against Manchester United in an F A Cup 3rd Round tie in January 2006 when he kept a clean sheet against Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United to earn a 0-0 draw for Burton Albion. More recently he has been with Basford United, Coalville Town and Ilkeston Town.
