Viggars arrives on loan from Bucks

Matlock Town are delighted to confirm the short-term loan signing of Welsh forward Ryan Viggars from Buxton FC.

The 22-year-old joined the Bucks in November 2024 and has scored some important goals for the National League North side.

He made his professional debut at Charlton Athletic whom he represented prior to his move to Buxton, has represented Wales at three age groups, and started his career with Sheffield United.

He has also played at National League level during a spell with Maidstone United.
