Whitehouse joins on loan from Macclesfield FC

Matlock Town are pleased to announce the loan signing of 31-year-old midfielder Elliott Whitehouse from Macclesfield FC until the end of the season subject to NPL and FA approval.

The midfielder has had a number of spells in the Football League, most notably Lincoln City where he made over 60 appearances.

Whitehouse has had spells in the National League with Scunthorpe United, Spennymoor Town and Chester before making the move to Macclesfield FC at the start of the 24/25 season.

Back in 2016, Whitehouse received a call-up for England C, where he was on the scoresheet against Estonia.
