However, as I am sure many of you are aware, temperatures tomorrow between 15:00 and 17:00 will be around 23-25 degrees which can lead to heat exhaustion and even more serious, heatstroke

We wanted to take a moment to remind you of some of the symptoms of heat exhaustion which include headaches, dizziness, feeling sick, clammy skin, cramps and being very thirsty.

it's important to stay well hydrated with water and keep out the sun as much as possible to stay cool.
