Matlock Town FC Ground Regulations
1. Entry to the Ground
1.1 Entry to the Ground is subject to acceptance of these Ground Regulations and the Rules and Regulations for the relevant competition.
1.2 Admission is at the discretion of the Club, police officers, or authorized stewards.
1.3 Persons subject to a current Banning Order or convicted of ticket touting offences will not be admitted.
2. Liability
2.1 The Club disclaims liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons and property in or around the Ground.
2.2 The Club may reschedule or cancel a Match without notice, with no liability.
3. Conduct and Prohibited Items
3.1 The Club reserves the right to search any person entering the Ground and refuse entry or eject for non-compliance.
3.2 Prohibited items include knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, hazardous items, laser devices, glass bottles, cans, poles, and items that may compromise public safety.
4. Behaviour
4.1 Threatening behavior, foul or abusive language, racial, homophobic, or discriminatory abuse is strictly forbidden and may result in arrest, ejection, or banning.
5. Offences and Arrests
5.1 Offences under the Football (Offences) Act 1991, including throwing objects, racist or discriminatory chanting, and unauthorized entry onto the playing area, are arrestable.
6. Admission Charges and Seating
6.1 All persons entering the Ground must have paid the relevant admission charge.
6.2 Standing in seating areas during play is strictly forbidden.
7. Smoking and Mobile Phones
7.1 Smoking is not permitted in any part of the Ground.
7.2 Mobile phones are allowed for personal use only. Recording audio, visual, or audio-visual material of the Match is prohibited.
8. Alcohol and Intoxication
8.1 Entry will be denied to persons drunk or in possession of intoxicating liquor or illegal substances.
8.2 Offenses under Conditions 8.1 and 8.2 are arrestable.
9. Ticket Transfer and Use
9.1 Tickets are not transferable without permission.
9.2 The Club may refuse admission or eject persons transferring tickets in contravention.
10. Photography and CCTV
10.1 Photographic images and video recordings may be used for marketing with implied consent on entry.
10.2 CCTV cameras are in use around the Ground.
11. Compliance with Instructions
11.1 Persons must comply with instructions from stewards, officers, or police officers.
12. Damaging the Ground
12.1 Damaging or defacing the Ground will lead to prosecution.
13. Re-entry and Refusal
13.1 Re-entry is not permitted without permission.
13.2 The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or eject for non-compliance.
14. Changes to Ground Regulations
14.1 The Club may make changes to Ground Regulations at its sole discretion.
Matlock Town FC Coach Service - Terms and Conditions
1. Individual Responsibility
1.1 All participants utilizing Matlock Town FC's coach service for away games acknowledge and accept individual responsibility for their conduct and actions throughout the entirety of the coach trip.
1.2 Matlock Town FC expressly disclaims responsibility for the individual actions, including but not limited to alcohol consumption, of participants during the journey.
2. Minors and Alcohol
2.1 In the event of minors being part of the coach trip, accompanying adults/parents assume full responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding alcohol consumption.
2.2 The responsibility for minors traveling unsupervised rests entirely with their parent or legal guardian.
3. Underage Drinking
3.1 Matlock Town FC explicitly prohibits underage drinking on its coach. Individuals under the legal drinking age are strictly prohibited from possessing and consuming alcohol during the coach journey.
4. Club's Limited Liability
4.1 Matlock Town FC shall not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from the possession or consumption of alcohol by minors on the club's coach, irrespective of the level of supervision provided.
4.2 The club, its committee members, and representatives shall not assume liability for any legal implications arising from underage drinking or any other inappropriate behavior during the coach journey.
5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
5.1 Participants utilizing Matlock Town FC's coach service are obligated to adhere to all relevant local, regional, and national laws and regulations concerning behavior and alcohol consumption.
5.2 It is explicitly stated that, under UK law, the consumption of alcohol is illegal while being transported to or from a football match by coach.
5.3 Matlock Town FC absolves itself of any responsibility for travelers who violate this legal provision. The individual assumes full responsibility for compliance.
6. Termination of Service
6.1 Matlock Town FC reserves the unequivocal right to take appropriate action in the event of any violations of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to the immediate removal of individuals from the coach and reporting of unlawful activities to the relevant authorities.
By utilizing Matlock Town FC's coach service, all participants hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by the stipulations outlined in these terms and conditions.
