Gladiators sign Spireites youngsters Hooper & White

We are pleased to announce the signings of Chesterfield FC youngsters Sam Hooper & Archie White for the remainder of the 22/23 season.

Sam is a young midfielder, and Archie is capable in a variety of positions. Both have shown a lot of promise in the Spireites youth ranks and at Staveley MW.

An interesting factoid as well is that Archie is the son of Gladiators legend Rockie White.

Manager Martin Carruthers had the following to say regarding his two new faces "It's great to welcome Archie and Sam to the Gladiators. Both are exciting prospects and have performed well at Stavely this season. We wanted to bolster the squad in this crucial period, and we are delighted to have secured them for the remainder of the season. Both will add creativity and energy in the run in. Welcome aboard guys."
